Atul Tamhankar
His primary love is sound. But like all at B&T he has turned into an editor, and producer as well. As a sound recordist, his contribution to many national and international projects, has been loudly appreciated. Today he stands tall as a technical back bone of many projects, be it film making or be it complex technical integration of any theme park.

Sanjay Dabke
Started as an editor, Sanjay has shifted to television programming and has successfully headed a prominent satellite channel (ETV Marathi) and launched another channel heading complete technical and programming integration (SAAM TV). He is responsible for creating many excellent attractions in various theme parks in India. Sanjay is a Fulbright fellow, teaches different aspects of broadcast TV at various prestigious schools and enjoys working in cross media platform.

Vijendra Patil
Vijendra is an ace cinematographer, naturally turned into direction in the later years. He has shot and directed many award winning projects in last 20 years. He loves wild-life and ecological film making. Today Vijendra is considered as one of the finest cinematographer/director in this field. Many of his films have been acclaimed at national and international forums. He is also an recipient of British Council scholarship (1992) and has been trained at BBC Open University, Milton Keynes.

Mahesh Phundkar
Mahesh has done his masters in Communications from Pune University. Mahesh is the backbone of the editing department of B&T. He almost single handedly edits the major film and theme park related projects. He is well acquainted with all the current editing tools and technologies.

Suresh Sardesai
Mr. Suresh Sardesai is one of the founder Director of Bars and Tone Television Pvt. Ltd. He is one of the veteran and his engineering skills and vision has always helped B&T to move from strength to strength and today B&T is renowned for its technical expertise in the field. Mr. Sardesai’s technical knowledge is widely acclaimed and respected in the industry.
Rahul Dixit
Mr. Rahul Dixit majorly handles the technical wing of Bars and Tone Television Pvt. Ltd. His expertise varies from installations of lights, sound and electrical at theme park attractions to setting up of multi-camera installations and sound equipment for many TV channels and otherwise.
Purshottam Shilimkar
For any organization to be successful administration and accounting department plays a crucial role. Mr. Shilimkar ensures the smooth administrative and financial functioning at B&T.
